The manufacturing process utilized by Olin Brass Fineweld® Tube is a high frequency, induced current "forge-weld" process. This process differs significantly from the process used by manufacturers of "seamless" tube. A critical review of these differences highlights the quality advantages of Olin Brass Fineweld® Tube's welded tube versus competitive seamless tube.

Test methods and frequencies meet or exceed the requirements of ASTM and ASME specifications.
