Plumbing & Plumbing Hardware
Our tubing is widely used in plumbing & plumbing hardware applications where the final product is buffed and plated, or just plated. This is because of the excellent surface quality associated with welded tube which is produced from flat-rolled strip. The uniform wall thickness of welded tube also makes it desirable for applications which involve thread cutting.
Applications include round and shaped faucet spouts, tail pieces, shower arms, and trap tube. Typically, cartridge brass (C260) or yellow brass (C268) is specified for these applications.
All tubing is produced in accordance with ASTM B-587.
