Olin Brass Fabricated Products has been part of the Olin Brass family of companies for over 75 years. Experience extends beyond copper-based alloys to include successful programs in stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and aluminum alloys. Olin Fabricated Products is a custom stamping house, which means every part we produce is made to the specific requirements of each customer. We are often the sole source of a part, so we focus on developing highly reliable tooling and a robust process to insure continuous supply. Our stampings are supplied to a global customer base that includes Asia, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Honduras, Israel and Mexico.
Fabricated Products consistently assists customers to reduce scrap handling and overall material cost in many ways. This includes providing blanks and flat stamped products reducing customer in house operations and scrap handling. We have also utilized multipart layouts to maximize the efficiency of the stamping operation in high volume applications and regularly consider pre-plated strip as a cost reduction to post plating individual parts. Olin Fab makes sure that each part is made to both visual and dimensional specifications through an economical and consistent process.
